Natasha

Bought this as a Christmas present for my sis and she loved it! Great quality and had excellent customer service!

My order was shipped promptly but had delivery issues with Royal Mail (they’d temporarily lost the parcel) not sellers fault at all, but the seller was super helpful in dealing with this issue!

Miraculously it turned up just before Christmas and it was just as shown in the picture! Super happy with it, fits perfectly a 30z Stanley ice flow tumbler! Would buy from here again!

Natasha

Excellent customer service! Extremely friendly and helpful. Answers queries very promptly.

My daughter added this to her Christmas list at short notice. I was delighted to find the items in this shop and messaged the seller with a few questions and about delivery times. Stuart replied to me straight away with a very detailed and helpful reply. He really has gone above and beyond and this level of service is rarely seen these days. The items arrived today (having only placed my order on Monday night). The items are beautiful, high quality, beautifully packaged. My daughter will be delighted. Thank you so very much :)

It looks exactly like the pictures, the brown is deep and the pink is bright, it was well packaged, very pink (love it!). Only down would be the very strong smell of new, but it'll go away quickly I'm sure.
